Most training is built once and delivered the same way to everyone. This isn't that. NCVT's application-based workshops start with a site assessment of your actual process — the equipment installed, the automation stack already in place, and the specific gap your team needs to close — and the curriculum is built from that, not the other way around.
Delivery happens on your site, wherever practical, using your own control panels, instrumentation and process equipment as the training environment. A batch pharma line and a continuous cement kiln need genuinely different training — different standards, different automation architecture, different failure modes — and a workshop that treats them the same teaches neither one well.
This is the same "client-based, not institute-based" commitment behind every NCVT program, applied at plant scale: we come to where the process actually runs.
